A French SME, based in Northern France, is manufacturing implantable medical devices. It is specialized in innovative solution for visceral, bariatric, urological, gynecological, orthopedic, spinal and plastic surgery. Created in 1995, it developed larges competences and expertise in textile, plastics and mechanics with most of existing biocompatible materials. For a new product development of medical device for hernia, the company is looking for a biocompatible poly-L-lactide acid (PLLA) film with the following specifications:
- medical grade certification (ISO 10993)
- manufactured by roll ideally from 300 to 380mm width
- thickness between 50 to 80μm
- non-sterile
It is seeking manufacturing agreement, license agreement, or service agreement with another company which commonly produce medical grade products.
