Greek honey manufacturer looking for anti-freezing technique


Greek company involved in the packaging of natural honey (also organic) is looking for technology or processing know-how or packaging machinery that will prevent honey from freezing on the shelf or during transport, without affecting its natural properties. Although this is a natural phenomenon in honey, consumers and buyers are not pleased with this development in their product and so the processor is looking to see if their is a way to prevent this. As the company places much emphasis on the natural elements of the end-product, they are absolutely unwilling to intervene with any type of additives to
the honey.
